Here is the color difference in the licence plate with the radially mounted bulbs. They are not quite so blue but look just like the lexus led licence plate lights.
Here is a pic of my XD with two of the wicked aluminum ringed bulbs lighting the front. Hard for pics to do it justice + I have an all black interior. The light spread is excellent with these bulbs as they do not have a focused beam, they cast light in a wide pattern, perfect for dome light use.
You can see one lit in this photo with the cover off the left side showing the stock bulb before removal.

ty. that helps alot. im gonna get blue for the lights that come on with the doors open and white for the button map lights
i already have the blue led enhancement things from the dealership, so i want to match. im also seriously considering doing gauge led swaps to blue. only thing about that is i dont know how to solder but i dont wanna pay $100+ for someone to do it

I need help on what to order. I want blue dome lights front/rear, blue trunk light, license plate lights to be blue too, and also the little cubbie under the radio to be blue. I just dont know which lights to order and how many i need.

Any info about those LED "light bars" that I saw mentioned a couple pages back?
What are some example applications for those?
My parents have an Avalon, and when the car doors unlock, lights on the underside of the side-view mirrors fade on... illuminating the ground below. I always thought that was a pretty slick feature.
How can that be rigged up??
I want that on my tC!
