Default Light Up Door Sills part 2

for the moderater who took the other thread out... THIS IS ONLY FOR REFERANCE PURPOSES nothing else. i will b selling through my own website or through ebay.

so here are some pictures i was less then satisfide with the product so i am revising the factorys mistakes and then getting new samples. ahh i also just found out that these sample door sills use acrylic lighting which is not led. led lighting cost more and makes the door sills a little bit higher, i might make those too later on though.

here are the pics

the new samples are goin to look different.

heres what is def gonna change on the samples
- getting rid of acrylic bubbles
- font of tC
- cleaner finish on aluminum
- cleaner cuts
- 3 lines on each side of tC n thats it
- colors ( white blue red green)

Update
6/27/06
ok guys pictures of them lit up are on the bottum, umm i love them lit up just not unlit lol

Update
7/12/06

very good news for pretty much every1.
the next set of samples are STAINLESS STEEL woot
more durable better finish
looks more expensive as well.
LED will b used instead of acrylic lighting like the aluminum samples above. this will give it a more expensive look as well and will get rid of the color.

as for a walkthrough on how to install i sent CTX a pair and him only today so when he gets it he will post pictures on how to install them, its with the acrylic lighting samples. not stainless.

i will get the stainless ones with in 2 weeks im hoping

7/29/06
hey guys CTX did a write up on how to install and stuff its not out yet but he has pics of the old samples on his car they look decent. ahh still awaiting the redesigned samples

Update 8/15/06

ok i got the revised samples but obviously china had to f something else up... but its not a bad fix. they used acrylic lighting instead of leds so ill get a 3rd pair of samples. im happy with the outcome of these samples though check them out. much cleaner finish nice and shiny! durabe and looks more expensive

PLEASE READ EVERYTHING BEFORE POSTING !!! READ EVERYTHING BEFORE POSTING!!!

I agree with all of your comments. Maybe you can redesign the 'c' because it's not clear

looks cheap, the "tC" looks like a generic "oCc" attempt. good try though.

^^^ Stainless Steel bc it's going to get abused anyways might as well get a higher quality metal that can withstand the abuse.

no the colors are already stated, ahh i think for the stainless steel ones we will use leds instead of acrylic lighting, it will cost more but give it a more high end look
