Default Looking to light up my car but imma n00b!

Well hey there everyone, I am looking to light up my car. I want to install lights in both of the grills, I was wondering if I should use led strips in there. I think i'm gonna use led strips to light up the footwells. I will be changing the guage cluster and hvac leds. What kind of led's should I use to light up the ac vents? Could I use a 4" strip and stick it back there or something? I will buy an underglow kit too, I am thinking of some cheap one from ebay that has different patterns and stuff. I need help deciding what color. I have a flint mica tC. I think i want green or blue.

What color would ya'll suggest? So cathode's on the inside. I've seen those at wal-mart or w/e. Would that be alright? Should I use led strips for the grilles?

You get what you pay for. Go with Ozium for the underbody kit

I vote green, because blue is everywhere.

And go with randode for the interior.

Yeah dude, not wal mart, oznium. They sell em for 6 bucks for 2 tubes and one transformer. They also sell oem style switches, underbody kits, and led strips, all for great prices. Don't cheap out or your ride will look like crap.

Here ya go buddy...
Oznium.com for all of it...

Cathode kit for under dash (footwells)
http://www.oznium.com/cathode-kit

Pre-Wired LEDs for Air Vents (5mm(
http://www.oznium.com/prewired-leds

LED Underbody light kit
http://www.oznium.com/single-color-underbody

for the top grille you could use a strip of LEDs since the bottom one will already be lit up by the underglow...

about the HVAC and Gauge cluster... you know you have to solder new LEDs there right? they are very small and somewhat difficult to work with... places like www.garage1217.com can do them for you without the hassle, but otherwise you can get the supplies from them too http://www.garage1217.com/album1_022.htm

that should help...

I've got blue and I love it. If you have any questions about installation, I've done plenty, so pm me, I can give you a full schematic.

For the interior, I would go with randode. His kit is already prewirred and has the easiest instructions ive ever seen. When I bought randodes kit I had no clue about anything to do with leds. With randodes kit I got finished in about an hour, with doing a very clean and easy install.

For the under-body I would deff go oznium though.

Yeah, I just didn't wanna pay that much for a prewired kit. I had no clue what I was doing, but read the install here on SL, and spent 18 bucks total, maybe 25 with the wires, and connectors. It isn't too hard to do and mine looks really clean.
