neither, there are much better choices out there, for less money. do you want SQ, or do you just want it loud as hell?

also, what do you have for a Head Unit? do you already have an amp or no?

Id do the kicker.

you can go about 60 million differant ways on sums/amps, so just find what you like, like how it sounds, and fits your budget

I would still like to hear one in the back of a tC though... It'd be worth it!

.02 : not sure if thats the right link, but the jackhammer looks kindof dinky in that pic. i thought it looked different. And only 300 Watts????? and only plays to 34hz? that doesn't sound very good at all. idk.... in my experience MTX makes very nice subs and amps.... not sure I'd spend my money on this though...

i think i'm thinking about the SLEDGEHAMMER. this is different obviously. don't buy it.

Kicker also makes nice gear. Though i think the whole square sub thing is just a gimmick, im' sure this sub will pound. Though, like others have said, you could spend your money more efficiently.

The square sub thing isnt a gimmick. A 10" square will sound like a 12" round. etc etc...

But then I guess the names Mark Eldridge, Gary Biggs and Alma Gates doesn't mean anything to you too.
