Default "Necked" Shift **** & Redline boots (56K slow)

The awesome shift **** was from David @ www.twosrus.com, mfg by SpeedSource. Thanks for the referral, Nate @ speedsource. David had it in the mail the same day it was ordered! It was exactly what I was looking for w/o paying $100 (It was only $30, FYI). **** is machined out of solid aluminum with direct fit threading for Scion/Toyota. They also have annodized blue/red/black/gunmetal for $9 more.

Along with the **** I ordered a boot set from RedlineGoods.com. They had my set made and shipped from Poland in less than 2 weeks! The quality is excellent. I haven't had a chance to tinker with the fitment between the **** and the boot; just folded the collar a bit and drove to work. I'll make it look prettier later tonight.

It is heavier than the OBX **** and prob a bit heavier than the OEM ****. The only part that is milled out is for the collar and threading.

what color leather did you order? I just ordered black leather but i emailed them to switch it either to charcoal or whatever color matches the oem boot.

The boot black perforated leather w/ med blue stitching, 0.5" shorter than stock. Last night I weighed the stock, OBX and TWOSRUS *****. The stock weighs the same as the TwosRUs, which is a bit heavier than the OBX with collar (like one or two ounces).

Glad you like the ****! Honestly - these are the best ball style ***** I have ever felt - the weight is great such that your shifting is really precise.

Tworus is a great dealer - and he will really take care of you - just tell him Nate from Speed-Source sent you ;)

No, the **** doesn't thread down any further but you can order the boot longer. Mine was 0.5" shorter than stock and it is tucked back in a bit. Guess the B&M short shifter really didn't drop the height that much at all. Stock height would have been fine I guess.

The top piece with the hex screws got really annoying when shifting alot on the OBX ****. The TwosRUs **** feels so much better. My buddy advised using a head cover from a golf club to cover the **** during hot weather.
