The driver's side sun visor went bad in by 2005 tC. Can anybody direct me to an on-line site where I can order a replacement?

Mine too!! The whole car is falling apart.. I take really good care of it, I'm really disappointed on the quality of the cheap plastic they are using for making this cars....
I'm also having problem with the rear door handle I think is just about to break.... I google it and it seems like a lot of people are having the same problem........

I think the cheap plastic on this cars was not designed for really hot weather.
