Well I'm happy to say that the old bazooka sub made for the 07 and down tC's works with the newer model 08, 09, etc!!!

Just got finished up with the install and the harness that comes with the bazooka plugs into the radio just fine. You can run the stock 6" sub too, but I decided to unplug it because the 10" drowns it out anyway.

Whoever says the 10" sucks, if you're not a bassaholic, that thing beats pretty damn hard. Lil waynes amilli rattles my car with the bass set at 2 and volume at 34!

I love this thing, and the enclosure looks awesome and clean. I'll have some pics up and maybe a video soon.

Maybe this should be a sticky?

I don't think so, it's perfect for me. It's actually a little too loud for me at times hahaha. I never had planned on getting a sub, the only reason I got this one is because of the enclosure and built in amp.

I mostly listen to metal and hardcore music anyway.

You're the second person to confirm this. I'm the first. Glad that this worked out for you. Enjoy it.

Default Which HU do you have?

Just wondering the model # of your 09' Headunit? Looking to upgrade myself and was wondering if it works on all factory Scion decks. Thanks

lookinatu I have the stock 09 head unit, not sure of model number, but the plug that goes into the amp fits into the harness which is pretty much the harness used in all Toyota vehicles.
