Default PAC SWI:PS HELP

My friend tried to install the PAC SWIS to connect to the my Navi D3 but the steering wheel controls won't light up and it doesn't work at all.

I'm looking for someone that would fix it for me. He said he followed instructions but it still didn't work. I'm not sure if it might be something he did wrong, anyone around the Austin or a few hours away that would install it for me?

thank youu.

I'm pretty sure he did.

I just want to make sure by having someone else do it. And if it doesn't work then.. maybe it's just the PAC SWI: PS itself.

u might want to try programming it a couple of times, b/c one slip and u have to redo the whole process again.

sounds like one of the connections is loose or you used the wrong resistor. should still light up with the wrong resistor though. Good luck with it.

Hey, could you post pics of how the wiring looks. I am connecting a SWI-PS to my TC and wanted to get a visual of the connection.
