i have almost the same set up..i got 2 12's and a 1000 wt amp...it hits hard for sure

well i think im finally done w/ the damn thing after 6 different set ups the past 4 years lol.

i get much better sound this way than i used to with them facing back; where they are located facing up right where the window is slanted it causes an effect sort of like hitting it to bounce more towards the front rather than hitting the hatch and pushing the sound back to the subs like it was when my other set ups were facing backwards.

accessing the spare is plus.. specially on trips.. thats why i did my sub off to the side.. plus i still had room for groceries =)

thanks......lol no passengers had the car almost 4 years never had anyone in back so got the harness bar and ditched the backseat.

no prob; anytime.....if you ever need some suggestions on low priced places to get audio let me know

thanks irishman; been working to try to keep it unique yet 'stupid' in a way (when was younger it was all about loudest, craziest cleanest sounds so still somewhat stuck in that mind frame) luckily only thing left is fiberglass kick panels up front then i think i'm done messing with the audio lol

Yea the enclosures are fiberglass but the amp racks are not.
