okay, I've seen several threads on everyones own, but no threads bringing them all together. So I made one ...

I figured since I can't affored to drop serious money on my car yet, I'm doing the cheaper things first.

These past couple days after work I've been glued to my car, working to get this done. I'm still not finished, though.

I popped off all the peices, lightly sanded them down with a foam sanding block, to change the texture in the plastic so it would stick better. Used plastic spray paint, I did about 4 coats overall, and about 2-3 clear coats just to be safe.

I still have to do a couple more clear coats on a couple peices, and I'm going to hand paint the "scion" text on the cover with some model paint. Along with little touch ups here in there. I tried making a stencil out of masking tape and painting it with the spray paint, but that obviously didn't work too well. Haha.

The 2 silver peices on the wheel, are those screwed in? I'm going to paint those too but I couldn't get them off without thinking I was going to break the thing.
