Easy fix. JUst goto the passenger window. Let it all the way down till it stops. The roll it all the way up till it stops. Then do the same with the driverside window. You will have to open the sunroof all the way till it stops and then close it till it stops. It's in your manual how to reset your windows and suinroof. There is nothing wrong with your wires

Not to worry - here comes the obligatory PLEASE SEARCH FIRST slap though...

Roll the windows down all the way.
Now, roll them half-way up.
Now, roll them the whole way up and keep holding the up button for 1-3 secs.
They should now work.

Scott

if you had any stereo speaker work done which requires the removal of the door panel, they might have not fully connected the harness. If you have had no audio work done or anything requiring the removal of the door panel, I suggest you take it to the dealer. Maybe the window master switch is bad or faulty, another posibility could be that the connector could have come loose.

Also I am not sure what you meant by the "windows not going down when the button is pushed all the way down." The auto down only work on the driverside window not on all of them. Only recently have manufactures started making all the windows auto down from the window master switch.

If you just meant the driverside window, it's a problem but if the rest of the windows go down only when pressed this is normal.

shoot sorry bro didn't know it was a TC. . .should read more. . .ha ha ha

Ok...... This is the 1,354,434,343 time this has been asked.... it happens every time you reset your ECU....

follow the instructions for both windows and your sunroof and you'll be good to go....

As for the other answers.... DO NOT go to your dealer for this.
