alright heres the sorta done update there aren't very many pictures but i do have a wiring diagram for you guys, at first i wasn't planning on using relays but I found some laying around and I know others have used them and that you have to use them for the s2000 button so i figured what the heck and used em. The bad news is im leaving in about an hour for a golf tournament in phx and wont be back till Tuesday night so no more pictures till then. You do not need to use the old cig wires for this install and i plan on moving the old cig lighter into my glovebox in order to run a playstation which i will be installing after i get some money for a screen. But thats another story here our the pictures:

that pretty much covers it if anyone needs a picture of a exact part or something let me know also when I do move my old cig lighter to my glovebox I plan on doing another how to so keep your eye out for that as well. Id like to finish off by saying thanks again for all the great info that is posted in these forums and i hope i can help someone out just a little with my posts as many others have done for me!

also if anyone doesnt feel like they can handle this project or just doesnt want to do it themselves pm me and i can work out a kit for you have it pre-wired and have it come with 3 sandwich plugs so all you would have to do to install it is take a pair of pliers and push 3 wires together... i could even get you the light and button in any color you wish just an idea pm me for details also if you want to do this i can get the buttons pretty cheap so pm me for that too! dont pay 60bucks for these things i get em cheap

I found this kit on ebay:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/GENUI...spagenameZWD1V

Is this all I need or do I have to purchase an additional relay. If so what kind?

yes you will need another relay b.c hondas and most other cars only have one starter wire and toy/scion nissan and i think a few others have two as well so one more relay and it should work but before you order i would like to point some things out... first that kit is a RIP you can get the part from honda for around 30-40bucks after you buy the button all you need is some wire and 2 relays (relays are sold in sets so really if you have to buy a relay the fact that you need 2 wont cost anymore) also id like to point out that the honda button doesnt seem to fit very well... first because it is a honda button and why would you want a honda part 2nd b.c the button doesnt really fit in the hole b.c the hole has a rounded edge it kinda sticks up on the top and finally it doesnt light up and cant be had in any color you want... just something to think about...

oh and because that kit is prewired and it looks as if the relay is covered idk if you even can hook this up that is something you will have to ask them jsut say "can this kit be used with a car with 2 starter wires?" also that kit doesnt have sandwich taps so it looks as if you would only be able to make it work with the button where as mine works with the key or the button incase the button fails or something idk this may be wrong but thats just my take on what the picture shows

Confirmed that the kit can be configured to work with 2 starter wires and he said that a second relay would not be needed. The relay is 30amps and the starter wires won't have current for more then 2 secs
