Well your gonna want atleast 200 watts going to each sub so you can get like a 600 watt 2 channel or 400 watt monoblock and bridge it... All depends on how loud and clean you want it to be.

can you get the premier amps from pioneer or just their regular stuff. The PRS-D1000M premier pioneer amp would do the job nicely.

do you have the dual 2ohm subs or the dual 4ohm subs???

if you've got the dual 2ohm, you'll want a 400-500 x1 @ 2ohm amp... if you've got the dual 4ohm, you'll want a 400-500 x1 @ either 4ohm or 1ohm amplifier

^^ better run that conservatively unless you're really familiar with driver failure indicators...ie: mechanical noise

this amp with the dual 2ohm subs would work very well... wire the subs in series/parallel for a 2ohm final load and the amp will push 500x1 at that....

The link I put 2 posts up from here would work great.... it'll give your subs 600 watts if you wire the subs in series/parallel for a 2ohm mono load...
