I worked this weekend on soundproofing the tC with RAAMmat BXT sound deadener and the foam they sell with it…

There was at least a 50% improvement in quietness on the road.

I run 19X8’s, with semi soft tires, so they get loud, but I was cruising at 80+, and could barely hear them…

This stuff is way cheaper than Dynamat and really does an insane job of sticking and is easy to apply (Just time consuming)...

If anyone has any questions about sound-deadoning, let me know, and I’ll do my best to help you out… it’s fun stuff, and was worth it for our loud tC…

I definitely gotta give props to the product though, as it’s amazing stuff….

how much per square foot? please post pictures. i was thinkin about sound deadenin my car. but dont know what brand to go

the pictures are the same as any other deadening products.... just peal and stick...

it is 119 a roll and each roll has 62.5 square feet.....

That means it is around 1.90 per square foot....
