Default rear view mirror trouble?

So yesterday i get in my car (tc) on my way to work. And maybe after 2 minutes of me driving my rear view mirror just falls off. i pulled over and tried to fix it but i had no luck, so i drove to work relying on my door rear views.

Has this happened to anyone? I tried super glue but that didnt work, and i tried adhesive but that failed too. how should i go about fixing this without dumping alot of money into it? -__-

Try using some epoxy, you can get it at any auto parts store. They also sell glue made for rear view mirrors.
