Replacement stereo for 2005 Scion TC?
My stock Pioneer 6-CD player has a constant "Error 4" message on it and I can't play or eject my discs from the system. This just happened recently, and my warranty coverage has expired. I took it to the dealer yesterday and they said I'd have to replace it. Total price: $600-plus for the same unit.
I know there are better options, but I don't know where to look. Does anybody have any suggestions for aftermarket systems around $300? Ideally, I'd like one that fit perfectly, with no spacer.
Thanks!

as far as options go, your not going to get the same thing.
i don't think anybody makes an aftermarket 6 disc indash player.
so you'd have to get an aftermarket unit and a cd changer put somewhere, like the glovebox or whereever.
also, your not going to find maybe double din radios that will fit perfectly for $300 dollars, the ones that do are usually monitors and such.
