Default Reset tC Airbag

I rebuilt my Scion tC. Replace all the airbags but the knew bag and seatbelts, i had the computer reset, but the airbag light is still on?
Do i need to replace all the airbags and seatbelts before the light goes off or can i just have the system reset and leave the other airbag and seatbelt as Is?

Can the Seatbelt be rebuilt?

So did you replace all the airbags or not? Did you have the computer reset or not? It is hard to tell from your post. You have to replace the seatbelts with new ones for safety reasons after an accident (and by law I think).

What year is it? I know side airbags were an option on the earlier tCs. I don't know if your car has it or not.

Default Reset TC airbag

I replaced all the airbags, except the knee airbag and the seatbelts. I also had the module reprogramed. Do i have to fix all the airbags and replace the seatbelt for the light to go off and the airbag function correctly.

Tha only airbags that blew were the driver, passenger and knee airbag.

Is that the reason the airbag light is on.

I have a 2006 Scion tC

seatbelts is also part of that light. cause you have to replace the seatbelts if your airbaggys deployed before

But Is it only the seatbelt, or do i have to change the seat belt and and the knee airbag for everything to work perfectly?

Does the airbag mean that the airbags arent working and wont depoly in a accident.

Couldn't you get a code scanner to narrow it down?

Any bags that went off hae to be replaced, anypart of it not replaced will cause the code to flash.Seatbelts also need to be replaced.once it is all replaced it has to be taken to dealer to be reprogrammed to reset the sensors and computer.
