All the led swaps are hawt!! I like how ADR's numbers are in white and the rest is in blue. NICE....

First off is anybody going to tell us how you did this????

Second ADR when you did this you had white LEDS I see, so after this was done how does it look in the daytime??? Easy to read??

id say they are pretty easy to read. even when i have my lights on during the day

with my lights on during the day..


with them off...

It's not hard to do, They've explained just flipping over the polarized film.

I have my LCD screen in my xbox like this. Here are some pics.

All lights off


Screen on with flash (to simulate daylight)


Everything completely off with flash


The screen will be blue whether the lights are on or not. It is just as easy to read as the stock display.

The stock Pioneer lower model screens are the same way. It's not new technology, just reversed screens.

day pics!

the odo will always be visible as long as there's a contrast in tone. Doesn't matter its the background is clear w/ black letters or background is black with clear letter. As long as theres a contrast it will be visible.

Looks great guys! Glad to see you doing this on car stuff. I used to do it on show pc's, worked great on digital hard drive coolers, temp displays and crap like that. I saw you guys were useing the old polarized film for this..? Why not just buy it new with adhesive / antiglare coating? about $30 gets you enough to allot of clusters or hvac units.
