I like the shift boot. Is it vinyl or PVC?

I could do without the headrest monitors, they look a little off and you had to sacrifice headrests to do it. They still look good for a DIY though.

the shift boot is vinyl. yeah, i had not installed the headrests for that reason, but they were just sitting there and had to install them. so i risked it and came out so so. im gonna see if i can pick up an extra set of headrests and an extra set of covers and just use the tv's for shows.

I need to stop looking at this thread because its going to end up draining my bank account.

But I do have a question for those that have them. In a lot of the pics it looks like the defenition of the side bolsters are dulled down a bit with the covers on. Does anybody slip and slide with these things around turns?

I avoided this by getting the suede ones. It's not that the covers get rid of the side supports, its just hard to "mold" them to the actual seat. There is a bit of an "air pocket" between the covers and the seat, especially immediately after installation. Ive only had mine installed during the winter, but Ive heard that the covers conform more to the seat shape after "baking" in the sun

Yes you would need to remove the amp. Because these things fit like a glove over the seat.

You can install these without taking out the front seats but they look much better and the fitment will be much tighter if you take the seats out to do the install. You can actually see what you are strapping things to and moving some things make the fitment much better.
