Default Sound Deadener...How much do I need?

I know that Mandos put that he used 120 feet in his write up tp do the floor and doors. I was just wondering how much others have used. I wanna order this and get it done very soon.

Thanks for any help!

well i had 2 boxes of dynamat extreme (72 sq ft total). i used 12 of the 18 sheets for a roundabout total used of 48 sq ft. heres what i dynamatted: doors (in pieces cuz its a beach), trunk floor, floorboards of backseat (area the b/s peoples feet goes), under front seats, floorboards for front seats (area where f/s peoples feet goes). sounds way better! wish i coulda gotten to more area, but literally the dynamat had my blood on it (from the aluminum sheeting!) also, i am a performance oriented guy, so the 50 or so pounds that i added can be felt in the butt-dyno. hope that helps.

im with gub on this one... i ordered 150 sq feet, and have used about half on the hatch floor, hatch, and rear quarter panels. I still have to do the floor, the doors, and add another layer to the rest of the car.

Did you guys used eDead? I was gonna order RAAMmat BXT. After reading this link http://www.sounddeadenershowdown.com/howto/ I think that will do better than eDead

I used damplifier. GREAT stuff. If you can afford it do it. Its really thick and easy to work with. I think it was 120 bucks for 40sq feet. WORTH THE MONEY. My doors sound amazing

I did my whole trunk with eDead V3 in black and only used 1 quart to get the whole trunk deadened. Iono how i did it but i managed to get about 3 layers for the whole thing.
