SQ10 vs. Question

SQ10 vs. Question
Ok....I'm pretty much set on the speaker I am going to use for my setup.
I am going the "stealth" route that many are doing around here. I need all my trunk space for carrying stuff around.
My main choice of music is anything with good beats...so rap and electronic.
The amp I am using is an Alpine MRP-M450.
220 RMS @ 4 ohm
400 RMS @ 2 ohm
Right now I have a 12" Audiobahn Flame Series dual vocie coil 400rms 800peak running on just plain jane in the middle settings on the amp. It is put into a Audiobahn tube box that is vented.
Now my question is...what combination of SQ10s will give me AT LEAST equal bump as the 12"? If I build my own...use only one 8' MDF or two? ...do fiberglass for the first time?
Also the cheaper the better right now...please help me with my prices if wrong, please.
The Elemental Design prebuilt SQ10 box? ~$220 shipped
1 - SQ10 in similar designed box as above? ($70 SQ10 + $20 sheet 8' MDF + my time & labor) ~$90 shipped
2 - SQ10 in similar designed box as Golden86? ($70 x 2 + ~$100 fiberglassing supplies) ~$240 shipped

I would just be looking for similar bump. I have been told Audiobahn are terrible subs. I'm sure its not the highest quality..but it has done me well for a few years. It's not earth shattering bass...but enough to give me the lows I want.
I also, depending on price, would buy a box like Golden's if it were made. It would be cool if Elemental would step up and do it. However, I understand the business aspect where they have to sell so many to break even and make profit.

You guys....let me see if I can do it out of MDF.
I can't out of glass because we just aren't setup for that...but I might be able to extend the sides out far enough to pull it off w/ wood.

Cool beans Chris! Even just looking into it is awesome.
I know at least a few others were interested in a similar setup and willing to pay for it. Many, like myself, do not have fiberglass experience. Personally I do not want to pay for fiberglass materials if I am going to screw it up. I would rather pay for the expertise of a company such as yours to do it properly than to try and fail misearbly at my feeble attempt. I have made plain jane boxes before using MDF..but nothing as elaborate as a form fitted enclosure.
I was just curious because Golden's setup doesn't seem like it could be much larger than the current product you offer. I guess even an inch or two here and there does make a huge air volume difference, though.
Again, thanks for even looking into this for us Chris!

I think he means make the current box slightly larger to accomodate 2..if possible.
Hopefully he didnt mean to get rid of the spare...because knowing my luck I will need it sometime.

There is still a few more inches you can squeez out of that space, by extending the box right up against the spare.

i know that a lot of the wood boxes look like they could be extended on the lower left hand side let me know if this all works out if you can make one that will fit 2 subs and sell it loaded for around 300 i will buy it the second you put it up on your website! also ed maybe you could look into doing a spare wheel tire sub box one that fits in the hole of the spare tire so that you would put your sub on top of your tire i know that there is more then .7 cubic feet in there! if you check out the upload picture of your system sticky theres some1 that did it with fiberglass on one of the first few pages
