What year is your car?

According to Trung (aka SqualHeart) the 06 and up already have 1/2 of the connection for ipods. So whoever you bought the HU from hopefully they gave you the other 1/2 of the ipod connection plus the actual ipod interface cable. Confused yet? Under the shifter area there's a group of wires that goes to the armrest box, that's for the cig lighter and aux input. If you have an 06 there should be an empty plug just behind the shifter. This is where the first cable goes, from that plug to the armrest box. Then there's a black color cable that connects that inside the box to your iPod. Hopefully it is still valid for 07.

All the other connectors, like behind the HU, are the same. There's a round black plug for the antenna and two white rectangle plugs. The bigger one has the front speakers + electrical, the smaller has rear speakers.

I am not positive, but I am pretty sure that the wires should be the same from the stock to the Ipod with the exception of Ipod cable.

This will show you how to remove the headunit. It's pretty good, with the exception of a few minor things. But you will get the idea.

The Ipod hook up should just plug in and then run down under your shfiter, under the cup holders (this part can be removed by pulling up and forward when the area around your shifter is removed) and then into your center console.

Or you could just plug in the ipod wire to your already existing stereo.

There are 3 wires all together for this. The one that goes to the HU, one that connects to the center console and one that goes to the iPod itself. You need all three. Do you have those wires?

Search for this stuff... it's not hard to find at all, and it's posted all over this site.

No, I am almost positive that it won't. The Ipod adapter is for the pioneer after market head unit.
But I am not 100% positive. You should look at the connection on the best buy one, and then look at the back of the stereo and see if you can plug it in. If it's one that you have to wire it up yourself, you can almost bet money that it's not going to work properly with that head unit.
