Default Strange electrical problem

Okay, here is the deal. I have not done any electrical work to my car recently. The only thing I have done is disconnect my power wire to my old amp in anticipation to my new build.

When the doors are open with the front and rear dome light on DOOR the lights will not turn on. With the doors closed and the front and rear dome lights set to ON they turn on and then quickly turn off within 5 seconds. With the front doors open the two from map lights will not turn on, they will turn on with the doors closed though. On top of everything the lights are extremely dim when they do go on and my headlights are running extremely dim.

Everything else in the car is fine, gauge cluster, HVAC. Everything is lit and very bright.

I have checked voltage on my alternator and battery and everything is running at a constant with no drop anywhere.

You have a short to power somewhere it sounds like. Or some kind of high resistance either way it won't be fun finding

Well turns out it was a blown fuse after all. Very very strange because ive never seen anything like it. Especially since things were continuing to receive power but the fuse was blown. It was the acc fuse in the engine bay. Didn't find it the first time around with a test light because I didn't touch both contact points of the fuse.
