tC SQ10 enclosure ?
I've searched but can't find what I'm looking for.
I just wanted to know if someone makes a grill protector for ED's tC SQ10 sub enclosure? I cut away the false floor that would normally cover it,cause I was fed up with the rattling. So I'm just a little paranoid about having the sub exposed now with no grill.
Thanks,

No they don't. But a good solution is to just cut a board a 1/2" thick shaped like the top of the box. Lay It on with some glue and presto your done. The extra 1/2" of material will allow enough room for the amount of excursion the sub will generate.

Like so...
This is what I built for my sq10 enclosure, I put a pioneer shallow mount in there but it's still the elemental designs enclosure....Just use your imagination...

So many options for sub grills...
Here's one you might like, 10" Bar type, chrome or black, just $8;
http://www.parts-express.com/pe/show...number=260-440
There's also a 2-piece type that some prefer;

And the more traditional or "old school" style, heavy-duty mesh;
http://www.parts-express.com/pe/show...number=262-862
Then you have the economy version of the above;
http://www.parts-express.com/pe/show...number=260-373
In case you need mounting hardware for a grill, here's a selection;

If you want something unique and like to DIY, check Home Depot, they carry lots of different metal "mesh" type materials that can be used to create subwoofer grills.

Thanks all for the responses, much appreciated!
I'm pretty sure I'm going to fabricate something out of nothing at work, or maybe just buy that 10" bar grill from parts express to save time and hassle.
Thanks again for the info!!

i know the picture and the auto post are different, but which is really better the pioneer shallows in that custom fit box or ordering their e10 speaker?
I didn't know it would rattle tho, I plan on purchasing that same unit after i install some deadening material first.
