Tire pressure light on, need help
my tire pressure light has been on for the longest time, ive tried reseting it but it wont work. I had the tc rims on and it was still on, put some air on the spare tire as well and nothing, i changed to aftermarket rims and still had the same problem, what can i do? im getting tired of seeing that F*%&ING light on lol

You can swap your tire pressure sensor in like lesswab or discountire, just bring your stock rims to them. It probably cost 60-90 bucks.. Otherwise, just get used to the tire pressure light on.. =\

It could possibly be a broken sensor or a bad receiver. My mother bought a p.o.s. Suzuki (against my advice) that has the same problem. After she bought a new TPMS for $160 the dealer told her that "for some mysterious reason, the sensors aren't communicating with the receiver".
Personally, I hate the damn things. I can check my own air pressure, thank you very much, and I don't need a computer overcomplicating something for no good reason.

Im having the same issues with the TPS light staying on even though the air is ok. but anyways to answer your question. put air in your tires, check the PSI and open the glove box. on the left hand side you will see a button in side the glove box. hold it down till the light goes off. if the light does not go off then you have a disconnect somewhere between the sensor and reciever. hope that helps

Try this...Fill tires to proper pressure.... turn key to the on position (engine off) in the glove compartment there is a button (reset) hold that down and it will go off. if you do this with the engine on it will just keep coming back. Hope that helps. Let us know if that works for you.....

If the computer has lost touch with one of the sensors changing the pressures will do nothing. If this is a chronic problem then it sounds like unfortunately you need to go to the dealer or some kind of shop with the scan tool that can hook up to it and see what is wrong.
Also for the guy who wanted his tires shipped on the rims already you can also have a shop just break the outer bead of the tire and slip the factory tire sensors inside. It's not that big of a deal.
