trouble removing ashtray bulb

Default trouble removing ashtray bulb

so im having difficulty removing the ashtray bulb to replace it because its so small and theres not a lot of space to maneuver around. any tips on how to remove it? i tried tweezers to grab it but no luck so far.

yeah i took that out to try to give my hand some more space but no dice. the bulb is just a pain in the butt

are you referring to the bulb in the storage area under the A/C and heater controls? if yes, you can reach it from the passenger side area by pulling back the plastic and carpet. you can pull the light assembly back from there to swap the bulb. Took me less than a minute.

Pulling which carpet and plastic? And do you mean pulling the entire light assembly, socket and cable and all?

Easiest way is to pull the waterfall off and pull it out that way good luck
