Low beams don't work but work when it's off can't start with the key only through the battery signals wipers Windows and radio don't turn on all dash lights are on please help 😔

Check to see if your starter fuse is blown. I remember back when I had my tc I did an auto to manual swap and when I finished I noticed everything associated with the waterfall did not work. I traced it to my starter fuse for some weird reason. Also check the cigarette lighter fuse and radio fuse.

Small fuse, big ramifications. I like the old days when circuits had dedicated fuses. Toyota seems to like running multiple circuits through the same fuse. According to the pdf, the 10 amp "GAUGE" fuse affects the following circuits:

ABS
Air Conditioning
Back-Up Light
Cruise Control
Electronically Controlled Transmission and A/T Indicator
Engine Control
Illumination
Power Window
Rear Window Defogger
Seat Belt Warning
SRS
Turn Signal and Hazard Warning Light
