uhh.. the parking lights don't even flash when you unlock the car anyway.. won't handle the load of the neon and you'll just blow fuses until the car goes up in flames..

so.. in conclusion... you should NOT splice wires into the parking lights... and you should run the transformer directly to the battery with a fuse. if you want fancy schmancy crap.. learn what a relay is and how to wire one up.

run the main switch inside the car.. and that's it..
geez.. plan the wiring out and stop asking people to think for you. do your own research and you'll learn more that way.

otherwise you'll get more responses that you might not like...
