installed it, pics and at least a video will be up tomorrow.

good:
very clear picture/video
price
ease of installation
motorized, bluetooth car kit built in,sdcard,tv,a/v,touchscreen, remote

bad:
plasticy (just like the scion interior)
touchscreen is hard to navigate, have to use the remote
"THICK,unremovable" faceplate
steering controls gone, scion door gone
leaves a gap around the headunit (coz i removed door)

perfect for:
people who are in budget and wants a double din, dvd, in-dash.

looks pretty good, just that the brand of the screen made us all look at it like if it's not good, sorry about it.

did you have to remove the door? would it not slide out with it being recessed, did you try? from their site it looks like it would. and get he double din dash kit and youll get rid of the gaps.

it would'nt work with the door, coz the way it opens.. it needs at least 1/4inch clearance for it to open

Nice, still want my Avic d3 but for people who only want to play dvd's then this is a great affordable unit. Does it play without the handbrake being up?

all headunits don't play when your handbrake is not up, howerever like any other units that plays on the road, i bypassed it by grounding the "pink" wire
