Question for those out there with Zenesis installed:

Sometimes when I remotely start my tC, my car will honk once before starting up. It only happens sometimes, other times it just starts the car. I don't really mind it except for when I park in a quiet neighborhood or start it up late at night, just don't wanna disturb others. But I'm really curious as to why it honks only some times, but not others. Does anyone know? My suspicion is it'll honk when someone/something is close to the car, but I'm not really sure.

 

its the confirmation honk, it is supposed to do it.

 

It can be muted through the keypad though.

 

How? The only relevant option I see is "Mute" but I like the chirps.

 

thats the button.. I havent got mine installed yet, but from what i been readin is the mute stops it!!!!
