Well the 15mm spacers definitely require fender rolling for the rear so theres no way I'll be able to do 20s back there, and I drove around today with the 15s on the front and they rub on bumps. I'm gonna roll the rear fenders and stick the 15s back there and 10mm are on the way for the front

Did a little work this weekend
more PWJDM dress up:
Rolled rear fenders:
got the 10mm spacers on the front and put the 15s on the rears
dont have a pic of the front yet
still had some rubbing so did some cutting
thats an in progress pic.... everything cleaned up better when I finished, but i didnt snap any more pics. Still need to add a zip tie to get the rear bumper to fit perfect again, so I'll get more pics when I do that and an over all shot of the car

Looks like I've sprung an exhaust leak
I would really prefer to not have to pull the entire turbo assembly. If possible I want to remove just the waste gate and redo the gasket with RTV sealant.... any one have tips for removing the waste gate without pulling the assembly?
Looks like its gonna be a real tight squeeze using the allen key on the two rearmost bolts...

damn, getting the wastegate off the mounted manifold was pretty tough lol
looks like both sides were actually leaking a bit
Unfortunately I couldn't put it back in because of this fail during removal:

ended up having to take the wastegate to ACE hardware and tipping one of the experience handymen to do some mad work, that thing was really stuck in there!
We saved most of the threads and I got new stainless steel bolts
however I cant tell if its still leaking slightly....
heres a pic I took after the RTV had cured before I drove it all:
and heres one I snapped after doing a bit of driving earlier tonight:
As you can see it definitely looks like some of the sealant is getting pushed out of the seam, so yeah not really sure what to make of this situation...

oh and @ Irishguy, the sub box is actually a modified bazooka enclosure to hold a 10" Elemental Designs sub, thanks for the props, I'm pretty happy with how that one came out
also I didnt tape off the lettering on the engine cover, I bought overlays from Randode.com. Several places make em... I've been thinkin about switching em to gold actually, if LazyRocket started cutting VVT-i overlays I'd probably consider it more seriously. Thoughts on gold anyone?
