Here's a wonder, her above

A.K.A. "lei", ah!, your neck,
your love flowers perfectly
I wish I were a better man.
I would ask you for your heart
I cannot give... but odes in verse
I cannot change, I can't!
I cannot write about your ride, but
ah! your flower necklace name!
I have only words to tender
delicate as the snow flowers.
Snow flowers melt when near your neck.
The snowflake cannnot fly to stars

The Real McCoy, updated! urgent!

It's easy to be hard. It's more rare and certainly harder to be gentle. Keep it up.

Tom's verse
Tom, I got a haircut once
in Flint, nearby Detroit and St. Clair.
The old barber shop, one chair was all,
across from the red brick factory where
horse drawn wagons were crafted.
Ash and hickory
At the dawn of the auto age this factory
built the Flint Automobile.
Leather and brass and iron and steel.
I noted this history to the old barber;
he nodded warming assent at rare interest
in the history of long ago Flint,
and with a whisper he said softly "nice boy"
and kept me in the chair; he cutting,
we chatting.
My gosh, but when I left that place
he'd trimmed by long locks down to a crew
I see your smile Tom
and your your tC
in flint...
the barber reminded today
that a wide open smile and crew cut head
and open wide eyes are more productive than
anything said
My haircut for you is almost done.
That's seven bucks. No need to run;
wait til I finish, saying soft and true
"nice boy".
I now know
what the old barber meant
when he kept me so long
in the chair, and the why
In Flint there is a factory where ghosts still
labor silently.
Across the street the old barber is dead
I speak to you of a ghost who says
"nice boy" to another grown man
ghosts live only for the good

SEE the previous page for a crop of new pictures. Beautiful wimmin! Crummy verses!
----ok, let's kill all of that fun---
In an antique verse mood. Antique guy (age 51), antique verse
My Self wears breeches of antique persuasion
With holes worn in them by Publick abrasion.
The holes lend humility.
For the Publick? Amusement!
But the holes too are holy.
More Christly containment.
The mole on my nose? Also Reminder
Imperfection leads always,
Christ's gift; Pride rewinder.
The shedding of Dignity,
The divorcement from Pride
Leaves humbled, breached me
The stronger inside
