Is '07 less rattle prone than prior years?
Is the '07 less rattle prone than the '05 and '06? I'm planning to get one in the next month or so. I'm hoping they have solved some of the problems. I know that '08s are right around the corner, but based on the pictures I've seen, I like the current model better.
I've currently got an '03 Accord that I've had since new with 54,000 miles and it does not rattle at all. Will I be down grading as far as tightness? I hope not.
Thanks for any input.

i think alot of them have been resolved, but some of the hatch rattles that are still there can be taken away with some sound deading for the most part!
i have had my 07 since november and i have some very minor rattles, just need to deaden it!

I've had my 07 since August and the only rattle I've noticed is where the radio goes. I drove it about a week without a radio (ipod radio was on backorder) and I'm sure I noticed it more without anything to cover up the sound. I haven't noticed it since though.

i dont know if its "less" prone than prior years but my 07 tC has a rattle in the dash on really cold days and the sunroof rattles pretty bad as well.
however, i cant complain because before i bought the car i spent a lot of time on these forums and learned that i should expect it. for me it really doesnt detract from the other great aspects of the car.

I have an 07 and my rattles going over bumps in the road, etc. etc... And when the sunroof is open it really sounds nasty.. like the thing is going to break over my head.. shrug.. My gf has a 06 and hers seems bout the same.

I fixed my hatch rattle (the high frequency rattle completely and a significant improvement on the big "thump") by wrapping the metal hatch lock ring a few rounds with electrical tape. Now on to the glove box!

07 for almost 3 months, almost 10k
only rattle comes from one coilover in the back, occasionally the dash if i am going fast on a bumpy road, sunroof on bumps if it's open and i noticed the seat belt sqeak yesterday
as for the 06, the rattles were waaaay worse in the trunk, dash, when the music was on the bass woudl rattle the drivers side door (in my 07 its not as bad, a little rattle in the passenger's side door and in the back but that's my fault b/c those seats have come out and been put back in about 4 times now)
