+1, I'll sell the Z! Well, at least I'd think about it. NOT. Drifting? C'mon.

Here's the original coverage of the story: http://wreckedmagazine.com/blog/2007...and-ken-gushi/

I met Ken a couple of years back at Formula D and he was pretty cool to me then. I think he was in White Mustang GT at the time with an Whipple Blown 32 valve SVT engine putting down some serious torque/hp. Hopefully he does well with Scion.

If anyone can get more shots of the transmission tunnel as well as rear axel assembly and any other modifications that would be great to see.

I certainly hope this means that the "new" tC will be RWD. It will be a nice competitor to Hyundai's new RWD coupe they are planning to release.

Here is a pic from wrecked of the Dorifto tC:

Exactly. This is all meaningless if they're not going to sell what they flaunt.

RWD is easy to do on the tC, just need the right goods when a shop does it for you. But just because you have RWD doesn't mean your stock tC can start drifting. You need the right engine, stiffen the car's chasis, and a stick stift. I'm sure there's more, but you get the idea.

re-releasing the tC as a RWD car will be the smartest thing Toyota could do after they stupidly killed off the Supra. But i think if they make it RWD they should give it a little more power too. Somewhere around the 200HP mark.

Yeah, I agree with you. They've discontinued the Celica and the Supra...who was two of their most valuable vehicles. The tC needs a more agressive version to come out, somewhat like how the Mustange went from a stock to a beefy version of the car in Gone In 60 Seconds.

i just went out and bought Forza 2 for xbox 360 after reading the thread in here on it. Bought the tC as my first car and the first thing i did was the engine swap which also converts it to RWD.
