Default 5 Zigen exhaust

I have this exhaust now for 2 months. Good exhaust! I bought it off of adventon.com! It was 222 bucks, but now its going for 262 for the axle back. Its not hard to install yourself as long as you have a friend to help ya!

I have it also see the link below for pictures. I like it its really not to audible inside the car but you can hear it pretty good from outside the car overall I am very happy with it. I did have to mod it a bit to get it to fit but I bought it along time ago before 5zigen changed the mounts out from what I have heard.

I have this exhaust, too and I also "frigg'n love it". Its not to loud, doesn't attract a lot of attention but it certainly has a unique, deep sound. Picked mine up about $300 installed from a shop in the San Fernando Valley. The install took about 30 minutes. Good luck. :D

ooooh, I checked out the pics.... very nice! That's got to be one of the best looking exhausts around!

Just ordered mine! I can't wait! I'll let you all know how it installs for me when it arrives...

AND according to my babelfish.com translation of 5zigen's Japanese site
The acute shell type Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers, europe tail end is to make the trend of new rear style in the shining and also the street machine where the stainless steel is sharp.
Sounds sweet!

I installed mine today and it's AWESOME! Sounds great and fits perfect in the bumper hole. I'll put pics up in my profile when I get some time. Sounds really deep and NO "bub bub bub..."

It's really easy to install too. I've never done an exhaust and it took me a little over an hour by myself. I can't believe how little is holding the exhaust in. From the axle back just two rubber hangers. Weird.
So for anyone trying to remove the exhaust the hardest part is getting the prongs on the pipe out of the rubber hangers. I just sprayed on some WD-40 then jammed a screwdriver in the hole with the prong. I stuck it in just above the prong then pulled down and twisted away from the prong and "pop" out it came. The rear was just up on ramps I got at the auto part store.

I can't tell if there's more power but I did notice that it seems to rev up into the higher end easier.
I used to think the engine sounded like it was really revving up around 4k rpm so I'd back off. Now at 4k it sounds like it's just cruising. And the sound from this exhaust is tight.

So there's my exhaust story. I haven't heard any other exhausts yet to compare. I've only seen one other xB up here in Seattle and it was in the distance. But I love this exhaust!

Hey lava I got a couple questions for you.
What do you think of the ground wires? Have you noticed any difference and what type are the one's on your xb?
Also what wheels are those?
