ok so FIRST OFF... I WAS NOT THERE WHEN IT HAPPENED...and this was back in sugar land and i was in town visiting my friends and family from school....
Some idiot in a corolla slowed down at the four way stop sign and took off not paying attention at the brand new tacoma that was turning in front of him. He hit the tacoma causing them to run through my friends yard that my car was parked at and hitting my car and pushing it through the garage knocking out the brick support and into another car. The corolla tried to say it wasnt his fault BUT there was 3 witnesses so he has to pay for my car, the truck, the other corolla that my car hit, and the house. This all happened at 2 and i didnt find out untill 4 so i didnt see the corolla that started it at...

 

so.. where are the pictures

I wish I could say it was drivable but the front passenger tire is pushed in...like I have a camber kit lol it just sucks because I hve to go back to school and I don't have a car

Can we please stop with these is my car totalled thread? Thats what an insurance man/woman is for! Let them make the decision. Cause everyone here can say yes i think it is and you get all excited about parting it out or gettign a new ride and they are wrong then your gonna be mad at all these people for giving you the wrong info.
