no i have my harley so i rode that from class to my apartment for a week and it started raining so my parents rented a car and my mom gave me her bmw

alright so my parents got a letter from the guys insurance saying that they think its totaled but they're not done with the investigation and that they're NOT taking full responsibility.

they said its totaled...there waiting for the police report to confirm...there saying its not there responsibility to pay for the storage fees before they took it to the body shop. there saying i cant take anything from the car so my dads going to fight them

Mine is totalled to man, they said I can take anything off that I can replace with OEM parts (which luckily I saved).

Good luck, I know what it s like to fight with insurance. Dont let them bully you around.

um u can take everything off... as long as u havent signed teh car over to the insurance yet!!

GREAT NEWS!!!!!! so it is totaled for sure.....now we have to sit and wait because the guys insurance...the one whos paying for FOUR CARS and a HOUSE, only has $25,000 to split between all of us...FML
