If you've made the 100k mark on your tC, please tell!

Have you had any major issues? Minor ones? How does the engine sound and feel? Like new? A little worn? How about the rest of the car: suspension & steering, rattles & creaks?

What oil did you use, what filter, and how often did you change?

Considering the tC came out summer of 2004, that'd be 100k in 2 years.

Doubt anyone's driven that much.

I bet there's least one tC driving to Chicagoland area each workday from Wisconsin with high mileage. I got my '06 in late March and I just past 10,000 miles. 4,000 of it, is caused by me working 45 miles away from my home. I will tell you, I don't think I'll ever use rest of my free oil changes since my dealership used some cheap oil which caused my car to idle rough while waiting for long stop lights. Which I don't think that is oil is for high mileage.

Anyway, my sister owns a '04 Mitsubishi Galant. She works about 60 or 70 miles and she already put 72,000 miles on her car already. All the miles we put on our cars are highway miles.

There are plenty of on the road sales folks that drive over 50,000 miles a year. I was just wondering if any of them ever posted here. Maybe not, they're too busy driving all the time!

Well I've had my tC for 6 months and I have almost 22,000 mile! Im a Maerketing and Sale Manager and travel back and forth to S. Carolina from GA every week. So If things keep running this way I may hit 100k in 2 years!!!! BTW I have a S/C'ed tC with ZPI's 9lb pulley, not one problem either!

hmmm.. if i still was driving my 1st tC.. combined with the mileage on my current one (minus the fact i don't drive as much anymore)... i could've gotten over 100K easy.

blah... oh well.

Good to hear Stu. You've noticed that thread about folks hearing a "vibration" at 3000-3500 rpm?
