Ok, Well as some of you may know I had a Dezod kit. I wasn't real happy with the fitment, So I decided to take the kit out and keep 2 things. The intercooler, and the Turbo itself. Well as we are finishing up my custom turbo kit build, I have some pictures to share just to see some feedback.
Here we go with pics for the Baller Status Turbo Kit by Verocious Motorsports.
First off, I got the Turbo Toyotas EL manifold.
After We hung the turbo off it we had to re-do my 3 inch downpipe. In order for it to fit we had to swedge cut the 3 inch pipe, and make our own bend off the exhaust housing.
After we made the 3 inch downpipe connect to the rest of the custom 3 inch exhaust, We routed the dumptube.
They fit nicely together.
Now we have the dump and exhaust done, its intercooler pipe time. First we realized we didnt have much room to work with, so we welded an aluminum 90 to the compressor housing of the turbo instead of using silicone.
Here's a shot of the fab work so far.
Now we started making intercooler pipes, and figuring out cool, yet functional ways to route them.

We realized, on the intake pipe, we wouldnt have room for a MAF sensor, so we ran a Blow-Thru MAF. It really cleans up the look of the pipes
A new Tial Q 50mm blow off valve...
Next step, install the new upgraded valve body from IPT
Now we modified a Vibrant oil catch can, and balled it out to make our own.
That's all for this update. We are finishing up things tomorrow and will put a tune on it. Hope everyone finds it interesting.

car looks sick man realy nice how dark is ur windsheild tint i have 15 all around on my car and i am thinking about geting it done b.c heat is still comeing into my car i am thinking about just geting like 50 or something idk i dont wana go to dark that i cant see at night my buddy got in a crash and he had 5 and his insurance like canceled his claim b.c they blamed him b/c his insurance said u could see at night.
