i didnt buy the tc thinking that it was this really fast car and super modifiable.....i bought it cause i like how it looks and how it drives since i have the money i wanted to put some parts in it that make it sound nice.. hence trd.. but once i bought it my friend started bragging.. that is buick grandpa lasabre can beat my car on a perfectly legal race track of course .. and we both talk ____ all the time soo i was asking wat the scionlife thought about all that.. dammm

just everyone relax....when my tc is still pumpin strong at 100 k miles with my TRD intake ..and ur engine is poopin it self out with some ebay intake and exhust u got...ill be happy i went with TRD and spent the extra cash

i did my research..and i did not want to void the warranty on 09 car i just bought...so thats why i went with TRD

im a noob...any mods u make to ur car that are not put in by TRD and are found to be the reason ur car malfunctioned.....ur warranty is voided...please do some research before u run ur mouth !!

To excuse all of the non-related posts, tc will win easily if 5spd. Auto it will be closer but you should still win.

These buicks have the same motor as the newer Monte Carlo's right? They are heavy useless goats. 200 crank hp out of a v6 is not good. I've shot down a few MC's already.

dude i didnt know an exhaust could cause something on a car to fail. an intake, maybe but still highly unlikely!

guess again. drive into water and see if the dealership covers the new motor. someone in my club already had it happen. bought the trd, had the dealership install it, hydrolocked, had to pay for new motor and installation. sucks doesnt it.

answer for yourself, i enjoy all illegal street racing and support the cause. race legal when they care and give you a track to race on, but run from the cops if they try to stop you chances are you get away and if not, you were caught anyways.

and why is TRD so bad. the only difference between it and all the other intakes is 1-2 horsepower. not really enough to make a difference
