Update - The tC is no longer going to be a project for me since Im trying to get an EK hatch. So the tC will be going back to stock for the most part except for the coilovers. Which I will still stance it Later on.

 

And what year EK?

Any particular reason you're going for a 00 over a 96-98?

 

Yeah because I talked him down from 3500 to 2800 and its a perfect project car no rust at all.

Its actually neither of them, it came from Canada its a SE model hatch Rare*. But the cluster is In KM and the miles are in a different way also. But I will be doing a motor swap either this winter or next spring/summer. K series would be lovely but eh prob wont be that.

 

If it's an SE, then it's comparable to an HX. Power everything, except no sunroof or painted molding. What motor are you planning on swapping?

 

Theres going to be a a big money situation after getting this so... Prob just do a y8 head on it and get it chipped and tuned for now. Because right now its a y7 non vtec... But I can get a y8 for 65 bucks and a tune for like 120.

But later on once I get money, I either want a b18c1, b20, h22, or a k20 or k24. Just depending on how much money I have.

 

Nice, I'm debating if I want to do a Y8 head swap also. But good luck on the new project.
