x2 exactly what i was going to say. but if nothing esle you have her name and everything, not to mention pics. get an estimate and sue her, bet she'll make sure her insurance can contact her then. doesn't even look like you'd need a lawyer, unless you're trying to get really greedy.

im pretty sure its done, but i wouldnt say because the hatch wont close evenly, i just got in a fender bender (not that bad) but the hatch wouldnt close right and it wasnt totaled. it all depends on whats goin on with the frame, but im pretty sure its done for

I have to go for "waste of time to fix it" you will have more problem down the road, and the people who repair car, will might miss up on something. Trust me i have been in couple finder binder and other things, and the car is not like it use to be.
If you planed to mod the car, keep it.

I didn't plan on modding this car at all. I put all my money into my 240sx, this was just a DD for me. I put 15,000 miles on it in the 6ish months I've owned it. If they total it, I'll get something older, cheaper, and possibly AWD. Or maybe just a hachi.

Haha, I will NOT get a truck. There's no way. I commute way too much to drive a truck. This tC was using enough gas as it was. Anyways, they're saying not totalled... But, the estimate didn't include much frame pull time, or any suspension work at all. They included the price to replace a wheel, but not the tire... It's weird. I think they're trying to screw me over.

who's saying not totaled, her insurance?? is this the only avenue of approach?? i mean can you ask your insurance for an estimate?? i would think they need to take everything into account. i say fight this one as hard as possible.
