No sanding needed. Just wipe down good with rubbing alcohol or brake kleen. For the rotors use a wire wheel to remove the rust and mask off the parts you don't want painted. It will look very good when everything is detailed out.

I'd do them whatever your secondary color is so it adds contrast. Black would just get lost and look dirty.

I did mine with the duplicolor kit (red) and it looked better than normal spray in a bottle [at first]. I second the fact that it WILL chip. I noticed it the other day so I guess I need to go back and touch things up. It does look really really good though and I would recommend it to anyone. I think mine chipped because of when I was putting my springs on im sure I did something to it.

Mine used to chip just from the wheel brush hitting the paint. They will look good for a few months then start looking dingy.
I'd try some of those aluminum clip on covers for the calipers.

Hey if i paint my calipers will it void my warranty.... this is the 7th car i own but only car with a warranty......so i dont know if certain things like this will void my warranty will it???

I have never seen any car with white calipers, you could be the first hehe. But I think red would look really good on a black/dark color car
