Default Ever seen your baby get towed?

Ahh man what a terrible night! Two crooked **** cops and one tow truck later here I am. $1,200 in tickets and no car in MY garage right now. I was pulled over for my exhaust which escalated into the officer demanding for my keys! He then said because I didn't give him my keys right when he asked. ( I was asking why he wanted my keys). He pulled out his tazer pointed it at my face while his partner ripped me out of my car and threw me on their hood.

At this point I'm in cuffs and they are trying to say I resisted arrest and obstructed an officer in a criminal manner! Absolute BS!

It was the biggest load of crap I've ever been through! EXCESSIVE FORCE! If your a police officer I feel bad that 99% of you and your colleuges are dirty! Cops are nothing but power hungry, narrow minded, and WEAK individuals.

Pick on people who are doing wrong! Or who are harming the community! Not (me) a 21 year old on his way home from Taco Bell harming NO ONE! And causing ZERO disturbances/trouble.

Sorry about the rant! But honestly! Did I deserve to have a TAZER pointed at my face? NO I don't think so. Either way more work for my lawyer.

I know alot of cops seeing as im gunna be one. but there are alot of good cops out there. yes i agree that if your story is true than they we're out of line. but you cant judge the majority of cops becasue of one alltercation. but it does seem that they were out of line and im sorry that it happened too you bro. good luck with your case

I like many cops. There are bad cases, but it's going to happen. What are they saying as for what you did? Do you look like a gangsta?

Yeah man generally I have nothing but respect for officers. But in all honestly it was crazy excessive force. The specific officer who held a tazer at me actually killed someone a couple months ago with a tazer.

Its just the point of it. I wasn't hurting anyone. I didn't do anything wrong. My biggest crime here was asking the officer why he was demanding my keys! I'm still just so astonished at the fact I'm staring at two $400 tickets for resisting and obstructing.

Haha def do not look like a gangsta! Skinny white kid with a columbia pull over. They basically said because I did not give them my keys the first time they asked that I was resisting. Then once the officer opened my door pulled me out and cuffed me I did drop the F bomb. Obv I was upset who wouldn't curse at that point. So because of that. A $360 disorderly conduct?

My g/f is going to school to be a lawyer and she said the only way I can get a disorderly conduct ticket for cursing is in public. This was 11pm at night. No one but me and these officers out.

At what point do MY rights as a citizen come into play? My rights meant nothing to these officers just as many others in the past.

i can agree with some cops being tools. i got pulled over 6 months ago for speeding and illegal tint. i gave the officer invalid registration. he came back to my car with 3 tickets, 1 for speeding, 1 for tint, and another for invalid registration. upon noticing i gave him the wrong one i gave him the current registration form from my glove box. he said that was all he needed and he would rip that ticket in half.

i mailed in the money for the other 2 fines then one night i get a call from the courthouse and they were telling me i had failure to apear for a registration ticket. i explained the situation and they said they didint care and its was to bad because the cop turned in the ticket. i was then told i had to pay the fine within 72 hours or they would suspend my license!!!

i know thats not as harsh as what happened to you bro but i totally agree some cops are on a major power trip and feel like they have somthing to prove. good luck with the case!!

Snowman: Get a lawyer then challenge the tickets and be calm when you explain the situation. Those cops you ran into are complete a**holes.

Thats really sucks, hope it all works out.

To those that defend cops, get off your knees, seriously. Cops are just criminals tired of riding in the back seat. The police think they are better than the average person when in reality they are not. Merly are individuals drunk on power who see themselves as public icons, a false vessel of morals and ethics.

I hope you sue them and get them punished to the fullest extent you possibly can.

It's probably because they knew you were just coming from Taco Hell and they knew what you were going home to do. You were going to blow up the toilet and they couldn't let that poor toilet take that abuse anymore. Just a theory.

^^ Lol Well my first priority is to get my car. And if any damages occurred during towing I will be pursuing the company to get it fixed. I feel like this was completely unfair. I just hope that a lawyer can help me out some. All the money I was saving for my turbo kit may or may not have to go towards these tickets.

BTW I never did get to eat my Taco Hell. So I wonder how my cars going to smell when I get to it today.
