It would be pretty nice if somebody could write up like mandatory rights we have when we're pulled over. Such as what they can ask for in what situation...could be helpful for some of us who aren't sure and don't want to be taken advantage of.

If nobody does it soon maybe I'll throw in some research.

 

Sometimes its very frustrating to hear that cops are being gunned down. If those cops are gunned I wouldn't be surprise bcoz if they did it to you I am sure they've done it many times to other people. Some cops think they're so powerful especially when they have their guns on their hips.

The interesting thing about this is that the two officers who pulled me over. Well they killed a mentally challenged person with a tazer. They didn't try to subdue the person they repeatedly tazed him until he suffocated himself.

 

I love how its always a 16-21 year old male who seems to think all cops are out to get him. They also tend to react to cops that way and get the cops to react to them the same way. Sure but I have run into ****** of cops but seriously, 99% are criminals? I've know enough cops to know there are ******, they are human but stop that kind of crap.

 

Hmm and it seems how the majority of people they pull over are 16-21 yrs of age. Regardless of age I should be treated with equality and fairness. Do I think all cops are out to get me? NO. These cops did NOT show me equality or respect. They simply pulled me over because I'm a 21yr old with a really nice car. Its called STEREOTYPING. Every cop is guilty of it to some degree. It makes me sick when people defend something they have no information about. Its a little something I'd like to call ignorance.

Monday I will have more information. My attorneys have been going over the video tapes and microphone recordings of the incident.

 

normally i don't like to hate on cops, i know several and they're great guys for the most part and try not to ____ anyone over. But there really are some officers who think that because they have a badge they can do and say whatever the hell they want, and it's those cops that p**s me the hell off. It sounds like you got some wanna-be captain america's who decided they'd have a little fun with you and didn't expect you to get any decent representation. Hopefully you can get off on all these charges, and maybe throw a lawsuit at these morons at the same time. IF the situation happened as you claim it did, the officer's dash cams and mic recordings should put you (for the most part) in the clear, and hopefully put them out of a job.

There's truth in what everyone is saying. A lot of cops are great guys. A lot of cops do their jobs by the book and go home. A lot of cops are dicks and treat people like sh*t. It's all true. Unfortunately, you crossed paths with the wrong cop at the wrong time. If it wasn't you, It would have been someone else. People like you who fight for justice against a cop like this, are very important. It keeps a balance. It's possible that we'd have more sh*t cops around if you didn't.

ya i kinda went thru the same ordeal just yesterday...my car got impounded yesterday by on base police :\ Idk how much different on base police are compared to civilian cops but these cops are absolutely power hungry! the cops that pulled me over supposedly stated that my turn signals were out..which was DEF a lie! so when i gave them my military id, drivers license, etc...they came back to me stating that ive been suspended from driving in the state of VA... n i honestly dont how it went from turn signals to being suspended from driving...Im sorry but i hate the state laws here in VA and on the other hand these two cops were being stereotypes...like hardcore...ugh half of my next paycheck will be going to this impound fine rather than saving to go back home ...i definately know how you feel bro.
