so far estimated damages are in excess of $11,000.
i'm pushing for a total loss.
in other news my grand prix rental had expired tags and i got pulled over for it
enterprise rent-a-car=
no ticket thank goodness. exchanged it for a dodge avenger w/ the tire pressure indicator light on

My damages are at $13K (and counting...final butcher bill hasn't come in yet), and you seem to have more damage than mine. Though I guess it matters from area to area...at least according to the insurance adjuster who tells me that he gets his numbers from the average costs of other body shops in the area. I told him I didn't give a @#$% - I just want the car back or the money to pick up another...

The damage looks pretty bad. I was in an accident in december with my '95 Grand Am and it looked like just the rear bumper and exhaust was messed up but when they put it up on the lift everything was bent and knocked out of alignment. I really hope that it can be fixed for you but I don't think it going to be. Be thnakful you are okay.

i'm taking this as a sign that maybe i wasn't supposed to stick I/H/E or a S/C in it like i had finally got the cojones to do. i'm a car chick at heart but not by practice (YET). i just got some christmas tinting money too. so weird how the world works.
i think i'm going to go for that TITAN tho. sat in one at the L.A. Auto Show and really loved how it felt underneath me
i wouldn't wanna drive it after that either, redline. i'm actually quite relieved that they totaled it and i didn't have to fight for that. next i just need to make sure i get my money's worth from the insurance company so i can put that towards a downpayment for my truck.
my truck..... DAMN i LOVE how that sounds

is there something about nissans i should be concerned with? mechanically? body? do they go bad or somethin? lots of problems? i should start checkin out the titan threads more indepthly.
my bro was a toyota truck fan until he got a job at a nissan dealership. they compared the new tundras and the titans and he was way impressed w/ the titan, and way disappointed w/ the tundra. he said the tundra just felt more flimsy compared to the titan. i guess it wouldn't hurt to test drive them both cuz i LOVED toyota/scion's customer service. they took such good care of me.

I was going to get an FJ before I got my Audi. I loved everything about it, until I read up on average mpg: about 12. Titan will be worse.
It's a cool idea, but not practical at all, especially since you stated that you don't tow/haul anything.
