Is this fair for insurance?

not many attorneys will take a case on contingency such that their fee will be covered by a percentage of a 20 year old kid's salary for the next 50 years. as much as it sux, it's how it works. that is why there are different liability coverage amounts available to people. people cover themselves as they can both afford to do and "need" to do based upon how well they have done for themselves.

in a perfect world everyone has enough coverage to cover damages that they are responsible for. given that it isn't a perfect world, buy as much "uninsured/underinsured motorist" coverage as you can afford so that you are covered in the event some kid only bought 15/30.

damn it guys...i'm paying $277/month for the tC and $244/month for insurance with Cost-U-Less Insurance....that is whack! That is over $500 a month that I'm paying to upkeep my car and NOT including gas!

Anyone in Elk Grove/Sacramento area know where I can get a better rate for my insurance or is this all I got?
