Yeah, definitly illegal. But so is the police siren under my hood, and lack of front license plate. And isn't the 9006 to 9005 mod illegal? Yeah..

My friend and I did a good 3 hours of sanding the shiny finish off the wheels...Then
did a few coats of color...then a few coats of clear.....it was a 2 day project!....
Then I let them "cure" for 3 weeks till I got money for tires!
