^^ ouch sorry dude... let me guess... someone was just following you way too close and you had to break and that person didnt have enough time to react and hit you on the back which forced you to move forward and hit the car ahead of you... or something like that. sorry for that man.

That is exactly right. But the driver of the other vehicle "claims" I cut him off. He said traffic was slowing down and coming to a stop ( which it was). But if that's the case why did he wait until the last second to stop? The CHP officer was twisting my words around too and saying that my story didn't "jive" with the other two. He kept asking how fast I was going and how could I be doing 60-65 if traffic was slowing down? Why did I lane change? What would have have happened if I didn't change lanes? Etc.

Not sure if it's totaled. But I will need new front and rear bumpers, exhaust, passenger side fender, passenger side door, whole rear hatch, lip spoiler, headlights, tail lights, grille, fog lights, front absorber, hood, part of my engine bay is messed up, and some other stuff as well. More than likely new paint ALL over the car if not the whole car itself.

It turns out the body shop I took my car to this morning has a bunch of Scion enthusiasts working there and the receptionist (HOT BTW) just got a new 08 FM tC and wants to mod her car. I should get it back before Christmas.
