It's just water in your ac system. The quickest way to get rid of it is to turn on your ac, but with the temp **** all the way to the hot side. Let it run with your windows down for 15-30 minutes. I do this about 1 time a week. You'll be amazed at how fresh it will keep your car...
It's just like a cold glass of water on a summer day. The water collects on it. Then when you are out of your car and the ac is not running, conditions are perfect for mildew and mold to grow. If you keep it dry, you have nothing to worry about.
